Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Veggit (mobile app and veggit.in), operated by Veggit India Pvt. By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service
Veggit is a food ordering and delivery platform. We connect you with kitchen outlets and delivery partners. Features include menu browse, cart, checkout, Cashfree payments, address book, live tracking, meal subscriptions, and an optional menu assistant (informational only, not medical advice). Authorised users may access delivery-rider features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
3. Account
You are responsible for your password, OTP verification, and optional in-app MPIN. Notify us at admin@veggit.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts for fraud or abuse.
4. Orders & pricing
Prices and availability are shown at checkout. Orders may be cancelled if items are unavailable or for operational or fraud reasons. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Check allergens in product descriptions; you are responsible for dietary choices.
5. Payments & delivery
Payments are processed by Cashfree. Delivery times are estimates. Some orders require a handover OTP. Provide accurate addresses and remain reachable by phone.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription billing and skip rules are shown in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; current periods are non-refundable except as stated in the refund policy or required by law.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, submit false orders, harass staff or riders, or attempt to break security. Riders must use location sharing only during active deliveries as designed.
8. Liability
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Food is prepared by independent kitchen outlets. Our liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.
9. Governing law
Laws of India; courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, subject to mandatory consumer forums. Grievance Officer: admin@veggit.in.
